First tasted a sample of this salsa at the Palmer Park Art Fair in Detroit, MI. I thought it was great since it has a lot of garlic in it, which I love. Took a jar home and used it on a couple of items -- Wow! Keep up the good work.

Garlic Lovers, Rejoice!
I discovered Jose Madrid Salsas in a grocery store in Zanesville Ohio around the Millennium and have enjoyed them ever since. I tried the Roasted Garlic & Olives and I am hear to tell you, if you like garlic this is for you! I will be ordering more!

Good flavor, not too hot
It's addictive, once you start eating you won't be able to stop. You will eat the whole jar, and you can because it's not excessively hot. My new second favorite salsa out there.
