This is delicious as a marinade or a condiment as well as a dipping salsa. Try it with some grilled chicken, YUM!

Zesty ! I like to sear pork chops then coat them with Jerk.
I'm not one to write food reviews, then again I'm not one to slap my own momma either. Yet when I ran out of my jar of Jamaican Jerk salsa and the wonderfully building spiciness, outstanding texture, and ridiculous flavor, I found myself craving another.
The Jamaican Jerk is a very interesting blend of flavors. I'm not sure to like it or not. If I were the chef I would reduce the sweet ingredients such as cinnamon and there was one other sweet ingredient I can't think of right now, but that would make the other flavors come out.
